Registration Information
Drop–off & Pick–up Times
Registration is from 2:00 p.m–5:00 p.m on the first day of camp. Because the staff at Luther Heights are busily preparing for your arrival to camp, please do not arrive for registration before 2:00 p.m. Registration will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.
Parents are invited to meet the staff and stay for the evening meal. Please sign up at registration.
Camper pick-up on the last day of camp is between 1:00–2:30 p.m.
Registration Deposit
$40.00 for all youth camps must accompany the registration form. $50.00 for all adult and family camps must accompany the registration form.
Important: The deposit is non–refundable and nontransferable after June 1st. A service fee of $15.00 will be charged on refunds prior to that date.
