What will the future bring? None of us knows for certain, but one thing we can be assured of is that children and adults will need to hear the promises of our gracious Lord. We live in a world that desperately needs to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. This now brings hope, new beginnings and forgiveness in our lives. By investing in the lives of youth through the Friends of Luther Heights your gift will have a huge impact on the faith journey of literally thousands of children.
Through the ‘Friends of Luther Heights’ a group of people have caught the vision of Luther Heights’ ministry and support it through their annual gifts. These “Friends” commit to give a minimum of $100.00 per year, less than $10.00 a month, to support the day–to–day operations as well as help the Camp expand its ministry.
Due in part to the ‘Friends of Luther Heights’ Day Camps were started that now serve nearly 400 youth each summer. ‘Friends of Luther Heights’ help provide resources to develop new programs like the Rock Climbing Camp, Canoe Camp, Senior High Retreats, Summer Family Camp and the creation of the year round Program Director position.
