Rock Climbing Camp
Get up close and personal with your faith and with rock faces!
Who: Rock Climbing Camp is for youth entering 9th–12th grades.
When: The program is offered during the summer months. See program schedule for dates.
Schedule: Here is a brief snapshot of your child’s time at rock climbing camp:
This is an “off-site” program, where the majority of your child’s experience will be away from the site of Luther Heights Bible Camp.
Sunday:
Registration takes place at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nampa, Idaho between 2:00pm–5:00pm. (8 South Midland Blvd/Nampa, Idaho 83651)
Monday–Wednesday:
You’ll start out at Nampa Rec. Center, getting comfortable on the climbing wall before heading out to other climbs in and around the Treasure Valley.
Wednesday:
In the afternoon, you’ll head up to Luther Heights for dinner. You’ll get settled in, have Bible study and worship around a campfire. You might even get some lake time!
Thursday:
You have the opportunity to sign up for rafting or horseback riding (each $70.00 additional cost), We partner with Mystic Saddle Ranch for the horseback rides and Sawtooth Adventure Company for the rafting.
OR, you could spend the day at the beach, or opt for a day hike.
