An opportunity to camp out for a week and spend time on Red Fish Lake in a canoe.

Who:  Canoe Camp is for youth entering 7th-8th grades.

When:  The program is offered during the summer months. See program schedule for dates.

Schedule: Here is a brief snapshot of your child’s time on canoe camp:

This is an “off-site” program, where the majority of your child’s experience will be away from the site of Luther Heights Bible Camp.

Sunday:

Registration is between 2:00pm–5:00pm.  (You are invited to stay for dinner at 6:00pm.  Just let us know at registration!)  As you meet your counselors and the rest of your trip mates, you’ll get your gear ready for your trip.  Luther Heights supplies packs, sleeping pads, canoes, and other essentials for life on the lake.  (You are welcome to bring some of your own equipment, if you like.)  You’ll spend the first night at Luther Heights, preparing for your week on Red Fish Lake.  Worship and devotions round out your evening.

Monday-Friday:

You’ll campout on the shores of Red Fish Lake, and enjoy time out on the lake in canoes.  You’ll also swim, fish, and hike.  Get ready for great Bible study and worship experiences in this beautiful and unique setting!

Friday:

You’ll be picked up Friday morning so you have time to get back to camp, unpack, clean up, and have lunch before you head home.

Cost:  See Program Costs page for more information.
