Servant Event: Boise Plunge
Live out your faith in service to others!
Who: Servant Event: Boise Plunge is great for groups 7th–8th grade youth or 9th–12th grade youth.
When: Contact Luther Heights to schedule a date.
Schedule: This is a flexible event that can be scheduled based on your group goals and with your input on the kind of service and type of experience you would like to enjoy.
This is an “off–site” program, where the majority of the experience will be away from the site of Luther Heights Bible Camp.
We are called to be disciples of the Good News! In cooperation with various community organizations, volunteer your service in the growing city of Boise, Idaho. Homeless shelters, the food bank and other organizations are energized and plugged into the needs of their city. You'll stay at a local church and combine days for work and play. At the end of the week, you may choose to head up to Luther Heights Bible Camp in the Sawthooth Mountains for a day or two. You can choose a rafting trip or horseback ride (both extra charge of $70.00) or spend a day at the beach or hiking. We partner with Mystic Saddle Ranch for the horseback rides and Sawtooth Adventure Company for the rafting.
Program includes all meals once you have arrived, staff leadership, Bible study, worship, games, group–building and more! Enjoy spending time growing as a group and let us handle the details.
