Electronic Funds Transfer

You may use the secure online form to authorize your bank to transfer funds electronically from your checking account or your savings account.

Automatic Monthly Gift

Thanks to the "Simply Giving" program of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, you may even authorize a monthly donation to Luther Heights using either your credit card or an electronic funds transfer from your bank. If you would prefer to make such an authorization off-line, click here to download a Simply Giving form, in Microsoft Word format, which you may fill in on your computer, print out and sign, and mail to us at:
